Individuals entering a race will be asked to agree to the following terms and conditions
I agree to this events terms and conditions, which include details of my cancellation rights. I also understand that I am entering in to a contract with the race organiser and not onlineraceentry.co.uk
I agree and abide by the rules of the event. I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event. I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require.
I declare that I am an amateur. I agree to abide by the current laws of competition of the licencing body. I declare that I will race entirely at my own risk.
Entering a race is a binding commitment, and unless expressly stated in the individual race terms and conditions (published during the booking process), entrants who cannot make the race for any reason, including travel arrangements and injury, will not be refunded. Race Directors may choose to refund individual runners in exceptional circumstances, but onlineraceentry.co.uk will not reimburse Race Directors for these refunds.
